Seller states that at time of sale this puppy is healthy

We do NOT guarantee the coloring, temperament, size, coat,
or personality of his puppy. _________
Your puppy has been vaccinated and de-wormed before
leaving my home. Proof of vaccination will be provided in the form of a
shot record. __________
The buyer shall take full responsibility for this puppy
and its actions. Seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy once it
leaves my home. Please think about this, your taking on the responsibility
of a life, Chihuahua’s can live for 15 years or longer. ________
We do NOT cover your expenses. After this puppy leaves my
home, the buyer is responsible for ALL VET BILLS! _________
We do NOT guarantee against patella problems, however we
make every effort to avoid the breeding of patella problems. __________
We DO guarantee our puppies for six months against any
congenital diseases. _________
We DO require a vet check by your local vet within 3 days
of delivery in order for our guarantee to be upheld. If a vet check is NOT
met within a three-day period this guarantee is voided. _________
ALL puppies ARE sold with a spay/neuter contract, meaning
NO pups will be used for breeding purposes unless other arrangements in
writing are agreed upon. ____________
Puppies are sold with registration papers from UKC, AKC or
both. This puppy is sold ONLY as a pet puppy. There is no guarantee that
this puppy is a show prospect. _______
Shipping is available at an additional cost to the buyer.
Puppies must be at least eight weeks old, and requires a health
certificate. Weather conditions must me met in order to ship a puppy.

DEPOSITS:
A $100.00 deposit is required to hold a puppy for you. Due to a large
demand & waiting list this $100.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you
commit to a puppy, that puppy will be held for 72 hours in order for you
to mail your deposit. If a deposit is not met within this time the puppy
will be released to the next person on the waiting list.

Deposit
A $100.00 deposit is required to hold a puppy of your choice until the
puppy is ready to leave my home. No puppy will be held without a deposit,
you will receive a receipt with your deposit either through e-mail or
postal mail. The deposit also covers your puppies first vet visit complete
with the first set of shots, & de-wormer. All dew claws are also
removed from your puppy. The balance of your puppy must be paid in full
when you come to pick your puppy up at the age of 8 weeks or older. ONLY
cash is accepted when picking up your puppy to take home.
Your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE: for ANY reason the puppy dies or
becomes to ill to be sold at time of purchase. In that case the puppy will
be replaced with another puppy if available from the same litter. If there
is not another puppy available at that time the buyer will be given
another puppy of equal value from a future litter. NO CASH REFUNDS! Please
keep this in mind.
Breeding
to meet the standard we guarantee our puppies against any congenital
diseases. Puppies are raised in a home environment with all the
socialization that is needed for a new puppy. Socialization begins at day
one. Upon request, puppies are vet checked with a written report card from
a local vet describing your puppy's A+ health. I also require a vet check
by your local vet within 3 days of delivery in order for our guarantee to
be upheld. If a vet check is not met within a three-day period this
guarantee is voided.
Bred
for good health, conformation & good temperament, and guaranteed
against congenital health problems. We cannot guarantee against patella
problems, however we make every effort to avoid the breeding of patella problems. This is our written guarantee for your new puppy.

demand & waiting list this 50% deposit is non-refundable. Once you
